How do I use the Thank you, Body Card Deck?

I am a teacher of somatic movement/yoga/dance/qi gong/exercise. Can I use this in my classes/lessons?
That would be amazing! I know several teachers that are doing this and it has been a beautiful addition to their classes. You can start or end the class with a card or use the questions throughout the class Get creative!
I am a therapist/bodyworker/PT/practitioner. Can I use this with my clients/patients?
Absolutely! You can keep out a card of the day/week in your office, or have them each pick a card for their session!
I live with pain/illness/injury. Will this help me?
First, I’m sorry for the hard. And yes! It can be challenging to be fully in our body when we have dis-ease, let alone expressing gratitude towards it. But these cards can help you cultivate love, connection and even a bit of ease each day.
I am healthy and strong. Will I still benefit from using it?
That is great news. And yes! There is always room for connection, embodiment and gratitude for health and strength – and for cultivating compassion for others.
What do I do with the guidebook?
So much! You can learn about each body part in the deck, you can contemplate the questions in the Curiosity section, you can read some inspirational quotes and learn a wee bit about me!
Is this an oracle or tarot deck?
No, though I do love those! The Thank you, Body card deck is not really a divination tool. However, if you can figure out how to use it for that I would love to know! This is more is the realm of awe, gratitude, compassion, connection and eye-opening education.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Typically just a few days. If there is any issue keeping me from the post office within a day or 2 of your order, I will email you and let you know.
Do you accept returns?
No. And thank you in advance for understanding. I’m a one-woman show here, and that is not an option for my business. But I’m quite sure you will not want to send them back!
