Until it is deemed safe to re-open the studio I have two weekly MELT classes online.
• classes are 60 minutes
• you will need a roller.
(MELT or other soft 36″ roller is ideal, if you only have firm, it’s fine.)
• a yoga mat is ideal but not required
• You will need a space about the size of a yoga mat or slightly bigger, where you can set up a laptop/tablet/phone so we can see each other!
• Those who sign up will receive a Google Meet link the day of class
