Weekly 60 min drop-in
This class anchors your week with 1 full hour dedicated to self-treatment.

Techniques and sequences vary each week.
A soft, 36″ roller is needed.

MELTed Lunch Bites – NEW!

3 15-minute classes/week

Each express class is specifically focused on a sequence, body part, or treatment.
The perfect opportunity to take a break from your chair and revitalize yourself for the rest of the day.
A soft, 36″ roller is needed, Hand/Foot balls highly recommended
Mondays/Wednesdays/Thursdays 1:00pm

• Gear, mat and water are provided
• Personal, hands-on guidance given where needed.
• Classes vary week to week and may include hand and foot treatments

MELT It Forward – Self Care is now Community Care.
A percentage of MELT weekly class proceeds goes to support organizations dedicated to the health and wellness of marginalized groups (in particular womxn and girls) such as BIPOC, Latinx, LGBTQIA+ and those with disabilities. When we reach $100, I donate it and select the next recipient.
The greater community is becoming A Greater Community.
