This small group class anchors your week with 60 dedicated minutes of self-treatment, helping you reduce pain, improve alignment, regain balance, stability and mobility, as well as feel relaxed, renewed and energized.

All weekly MELT classes are currently online.
• you will need a foam roller (MELT or other soft 36″ roller is ideal)
• a yoga mat is ideal but not required
• classes are 60 minutes
• you will receive a Google Meet link the day of class
• discounted prices are:
5x – 75.*
10x – 140.*
* With packs you still need to sign up for each class you take.

Fridays 9:00 am EST (new!)
There is no MELT class November 26 and 27.
MELT It Forward – Self Care is now Community Care.
25% of MELT class proceeds go to support organizations dedicated to the health and wellness of marginalized groups (in particular womxn and girls) such as BIPOC, Latinx, LGBTQIA+ and those with disabilities.
I choose one organization at a time and when we reach $100, I donate it and select the next recipient.
